As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work

indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible.
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your
shipment at any time.
Yuxus will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the user
in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Yuxus by email at
info@yuxus.es. Yuxus will proceed to refund the amount of the order
including shipping costs as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse
on the courier trucks, in which case it will not be refunded.
