• We accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be in perfect condition, unused and with all original tags. Garments showing signs of use, dirt or any kind of alteration will not be accepted. Any sign of wear, dirt or alteration will void the return.
• If the order was paid in full or in part with a gift card, the corresponding amount will be refunded as store credit.
• Returns are not accepted for items received as the result of a previous exchange. Second exchanges are only available for orders from Spain and Portugal and cost €4.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For Spain, free in-store returns can also be requested directly through the Reveni portal — just select the in-store drop-off option during the return flow. This option is valid ONLY at our own YUXUS physical stores listed below — NOT at El Corte Inglés points of sale.

• Returns and exchanges at El Corte Inglés establishments are governed by the store's own policy. Check the details in the El Corte Inglés Returns Policy.
• El Corte Inglés establishments do not accept exchanges or returns for products purchased in our physical stores or online.
• Refunds for items purchased at El Corte Inglés spaces will be made via a gift card for the amount paid. This card can be used in our stores and online, but not at other associated establishments.

• Requests for exchanges and returns for purchases made in our stores can be submitted within 21 days from the purchase date, provided the items are in perfect condition. Any sign of wear, dirt or alteration will void the return.
