Welcome to our online platform for Exchanges and Returns. Here you will find all the information you need to submit your request in a quick and simple way.
The process for returning or exchanging items may take up to 4-6 business days. From the time the return arrives at the warehouse, it can take up to 72 working hours to be processed.
ONLINE
Terms and Conditions
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the delivery of the order.
- The items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original tags. Any sign of wear, dirt, or alteration will automatically void the return.
- Important: It is not possible to exchange a product bought in-store online. However, you can exchange a product purchased online in our physical stores.
Steps to Return or Exchange
- Access the returns portal at returns.reveni.io/yuxus.
- Enter the order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your request.

Choose between refund or size exchange:
- If you opt for a size exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer (except in the Iberian Peninsula, where it is free).
- For returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If the return is due to an error by the brand, shipping will be free upon validation via email (info@yuxus.es).
- Confirm the request and receive the shipping label.

- Cost: The costs for processing an exchange vary by region and country. FREE FOR SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
- Gift card: Exchanges are not allowed for purchases paid with a gift card.
- Limits: A second exchange is not allowed.

Returns
General Conditions
- Return Cost: Shipping costs for processing a return vary by region and country.
- Online Shipping Cost: If the purchase was online, shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Gift card: Returns are not accepted for purchases paid with a gift card.
- Limits: Returns for previously exchanged items are not allowed.

STORES
Note: In this section, ECIS refers to associated establishments (for example, those located in El Corte Inglés), while Our Stores are the properties owned by YUXUS.
Exchanges and Returns in ECIS Stores
- Returns and exchanges at ECIS establishments are subject to the center's own policy. Check details at the ECIS Returns Policy.
- ECIS establishments do not accept exchanges or returns for products purchased in our physical stores or online.
- Refunds for items purchased at ECIS locations will be issued via a gift card for the amount paid. The gift card can be used in our stores and online, but not at other associated establishments.
Exchanges and Returns in Our Stores
- Requests for exchanges and returns for purchases made in our stores can be made within 21 days from the purchase date, provided the items are in perfect condition. Any sign of wear, dirt, or alteration will automatically void the return.
- If the item to be exchanged is not available in-store, it can be shipped directly to your home at no extra shipping cost, as long as stock is available.
Products Purchased Online
- Products purchased through our website can be returned or exchanged at our physical stores, provided they are in the same condition as when received and within the period specified in our online policy.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, upon confirmation of banking details.
- If you prefer to receive a gift card, it will be issued directly in store.
