EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Welcome to our online platform for Exchanges and Returns. Here you will find all the information you need to submit your request in a quick and simple way.
PURCHASED ONLINE
General Conditions
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the delivery of the order.
- The items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with original tags. Any sign of wear, dirt, or alteration will automatically void the return.
- Gift card: Exchanges and returns for purchases paid with a gift card are accepted, but the refund will be issued as store credit, not as a monetary refund.
- Limits: Returns for previously exchanged items are not allowed. Second exchanges are only allowed in Spain and Portugal, at a cost of €4.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Process your exchange or return without leaving home through our returns portal.
Steps
- Access the returns portal at returns.reveni.io/yuxus
- Enter the order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your request.

Choose between refund or size exchange:
- If you opt for a size exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer (except in the Iberian Peninsula, where it is free).
- For returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If the return is due to an error by the brand, shipping will be free upon validation via email (info@yuxus.es).
- Confirm the request and receive the shipping label.
Online Exchange
- Exchange costs vary by region and country. FREE FOR THE IBERIAN PENINSULA (SPAIN AND PORTUGAL).
- You can request an instant exchange (you receive the new item before returning the original, so you can compare both) or a standard exchange.
Online Return — Refund Options
- Refund: The amount is returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: A discount code for future online purchases is provided, with an extra 15 % bonus.
Spain (Iberian Peninsula):
- Exchanges: 0€ (from the second exchange onwards: 4€)
- Returns (in-store): 0€
- Returns (online): 4,90€
Spain (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla):

Portugal:
- Exchanges: 0€ (from the second exchange onwards: 4€)
- Returns: 4,90€

- Exchanges: 5,90€
- Returns: 12,90€
Rest of Europe (Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland):
- Exchanges: 12,90€

United Kingdom:

Exchange or Return in Our Physical Stores
If you prefer, you can bring your online purchase to any of our stores for an exchange or return.

Note: Exchanges and returns cannot be processed at El Corte Inglés outlets.
In-Store Exchange
- Exchanges are free of charge.
- If the desired size or item is not available in-store, it can be shipped directly to your home at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
In-Store Return — Refund Options
- Refund: The amount is returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, upon confirmation of banking details.
- Gift card: If you prefer, a gift card will be issued directly in store.
PURCHASED IN STORE
Note: In this section, El Corte Inglés refers to the associated retail spaces located within El Corte Inglés department stores, while Physical Stores are the YUXUS-owned locations.
Exchanges and Returns at El Corte Inglés
- Returns and exchanges at El Corte Inglés establishments are subject to the centre's own policy. Check details at the El Corte Inglés Returns Policy.
- El Corte Inglés establishments do not accept exchanges or returns for products purchased in our physical stores or online.
- Refunds for items purchased at El Corte Inglés locations will be issued via a gift card for the amount paid. The gift card can be used in our stores and online, but not at other associated establishments.
Exchanges and Returns in Our Physical Stores
- Requests for exchanges and returns for purchases made in our stores can be made within 21 days from the purchase date, provided the items are in perfect condition. Any sign of wear, dirt, or alteration will automatically void the return.
- If the item to be exchanged is not available in-store, it can be shipped directly to your home at no extra shipping cost, as long as stock is available.
- Refund: Returns made in our physical stores will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Important: Products purchased in physical stores or at El Corte Inglés cannot be returned or exchanged online.
